Vendor details

September 18th 2010
LAC Ruritan’s 8th Annual Crab and Craft Festival
501 Locust Island Rd, Hancock’s Bridge NJ, 08038

1. The 2010 Vendor fees: (12’X10’space)
A) $35 for one space, $55 for two spaces, for selling hand made items, by you the artist/crafter. PHOTOS OF ALL HAND MADE ITEMS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH APPLICATION.
B) $40 for one space, $60 for two spaces, for commercial products and services, items not made by you ( i.e . retailers, demonstration products sales).
C) Free for Non-profit organizations. Please attach mission statement.
D) $60 for food vendors. LIST ALL FOOD PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO BE SOLD. Event organizer will contact you to ensure that the products sold are exclusive to each vendor. (Except hotdogs, plain fries, water and soda.) This will be addressed on a FIRST COME basis.

Please note the fee is non-refundable.

DEADLINE: September 1, 2010. Any application received and accepted after the application deadline of September 1st 2010 will be subject to a $15 late fee.

2. Exhibitors may not extend beyond the limits of the exhibitor’s booth (12’ x 10’). Exhibitor is responsible for tent, tables & chairs. It is recommended that he tents be weighted. Tables must be covered. TARP STYLE TENT STRUCTURES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
3. Exhibitors will keep booth assembled and staffed for entire duration of the Festival and remove all merchandise, boxes, debris. Trash receptacles will be available on the grounds. THE HOURS OF THE EVENT ARE 11 am—5 pm, RAIN OR SHINE.
4. Only items listed in application and included in photos will be permitted for sale. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse unacceptable items for display or sale. Exhibitor may not reassign exhibit space. Exhibitor may not offer free children’s product or activity (i.e. face painting, balloons, tattoos, etc.) without prior approval from the event organizer.
5. Non-Profit organizations are strongly encouraged to create an interactive activity (i.e. Craft, Game) in conjunction with promotion of mission statement.
6. The event organizer reserves the right to decline, prohibit or remove any exhibit which is deemed out of keeping with the character of the Event, including persons, things, products, services, printed material, conduct, alcohol, smoke, noise, etc. Exhibitors will not use flashing lights or noise making devices. Generators must be pre-approved, in writing, by event organizer. Limited water and electric is available Food vendors only.
7. Exhibitors can not use the Event name or logo on any merchandise (T shirts, mugs, etc.) sold or given to the public without pre-approval, in writing, by the event organizer.
8. Your signature signifies acceptance of all stated guidelines and expressly releases the LAC Ruritan Club and the Township
